allows and encourages creative expression as a mode of dealing with feelings of loss, loneliness, stress and anxiety during the emotional aftermath of the death of a loved one from suicide.

Kevin Toliver-Lyons is the son of Susan D. Lyons who took her own life on March 4th, 2014 which was twelve days after her 67th birthday on February 21st, 2014. The link below is to the youtube show he created called Welcome To The Good Life that shows you that you can continue and thrive.
We don't even know how strong we are until we are forced to bring that hidden strength forward. In times of tragedy, of war, of necessity, people do amazing things. The human capacity for survival and renewal is awesome.
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.
Writing checks for charities is necessary and important. But it can't compare with corporal works of mercy, which are infinitely greater.
